Good customer service. I ordered the FurMe for my puppy one day and told my housemate I'd done so. He'd already ordered one for me as a Christmas gift. I contacted FurMe using the e mail from their website. Unfortunately it was already in the shipping stream I couldn't stop the delivery. They had me ship it back to them upon receipt. Unfortunately return shipping was a bit pricey (30.95), but I returned the spare set and got my refund promptly. E mails to me during the process so I knew when to expect the refund to hit my bank. No problems. Good customer service and great product!
