I got a bracelet and a necklace and if looks good but both of them where to long on me so I got in touch with them and they where very helpful I ask could I send them back and get shorter ones and they said no problem and sent me out the address to post them back to them I went to to the post office to send them back but was told I can't send jewellery back to Australia so I contacted iceex again and explained that to them but they still haven't got back to me 😳🤷
