The product had a supply issue so the order wasn't able to be filled for about a month. These things happen but I did not like that my credit card was charged when the order was placed versus when the item was shipped. I sent a message regarding this but your response avoided saying anything in regards to my concern. I pay off my visa monthly to avoid fees and interest but I had to carry this balance for an extra month waiting for the product to arrive. You should rethink this for future shipping delays
