We recently ordered the Hot Pink bow tie and you sent us the wrong color, Flamingo Pink. When we saw that it didn’t match the outfit, we placed a second order for the same Hot Pink bow tie, but you sent us Fuschia Pink instead. We are very disappointed that your company cannot send the correct colors to us. We will not ever order from your company again and we are requesting a refund for both.
