I’m extremely disappointed. My product arrived after one month and 12 days. I placed an order on 26 May 2026 if I’m not wrong. This is unacceptable and my worst experience by far in e-commerce. Even after continuous emails of me complaining and asking to talk to a human manager i always got an AI response which angered me even more. I also asked for a compensation for making me wait a ridiculous amount of time and never got one. I’m never recommending Coco curls to my family and friends and I’ll be sure to post about this publicly.
