Very bad service.
Im frustrated by the service you guys provide. I have called customer service and various numbers saying that I want a bigger size of 75x72x6 but they just are delaying the solution saying you will receive the call by tomorrow and it has been 3 days now. I started calling hush people for last 1 week or so. One customer person told me to make a video while measuring the mattress. I don’t have time for this and I want to exchange to a bigger size. That’s all. Don’t give such a poor service.

My experience at that store was terrible. There was no one to help the Customer Care executive or the sales guy. They were both the same person. I don’t understand why these companies don’t know what Customer Care and Sales are and mix them up. When you call Customer Care, the sales guy answers the phone, and when you call Sales, he answers the phone. I don’t know, but so far, my experience buying there hasn’t been great.
