Fantastic company! Everything came quickly and there were thorough instructions for out of the box first steps. I was literally using it in 5 minutes it was so easy. The hardest part was vacuuming up a tiny bit of sand. It really is a no brainer. I haven't tried to contact the owner, I haven't really needed to, but I hear he is pretty responsive and loves the customers. Sounds like a great guy. They're selling quality stuff so give them a try!
