Customer service was not helpful with the delays and a 10% discount on the next order is nothing at all but to make that the only option when you’ve disappointed multiple customers to the point of sending an email vs a discount on the current order is bad customer service. I had been a loyal social media fam and was excited to place an order for an event. The customer service rep I spoke to was not apologetic in the slightest and offered nothing. Will not be buying from them again or supporting.
