It was really complicated to get my candies picked out and to change one thing I had to start all over again. Frustrating. I had watched the Instagram videos for a long time, was disappointed mine was never there and the candy doesn't taste good.. it just sits on my table now. I was avoiding leaving a review because I only have negative things to say but you won't stop emailing me about it.

Several items arrived completely melted, and after discussion, was told that they were still edible (they really weren't - at best, items had no chocolate on anymore, several were crushed as they'd been rammed in the top of the box with no padding, or were smashed to pieces with filling leaking everywhere) and of satisfactory quality that I wasn't entitled to a refund. Items were a gift, too, so I'll be sure to know that the company thinks it's cool to hand over as a present in that state.
