Very efficient

I didn't realize the wait time to be as long, but that was on me.

Layout of the website makes it easy to explore stock. Overall cheap price, great quality of candy. Very quick shipping (international to US) in a well packaged box. I look forward to ordering candy every Christmas and birthday!

Stuff are pricey for £5 for a monster is a bit wild in a way

I love watching the videos, ive had other kinds that were good. The only cons I had were the bubble gum flavor but thats personal, and it took almost a month to receive but it happens. All in all, I Cant say I wouldn't order from here again, I totally will when I can lol

Being in the US, it was fun to try all of these candies that I would otherwise not get to experience. I’ll definitely place another order. Be patient, it takes a while to receive an order when you’re across the pond.

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, so I emailed asking if it could be changed. I quickly received a professional email telling me they changed it for me!

The company was great!! As someone from Canada I have come to realize things labelled sour in the UK aren’t always actually sour the way we are used to sour here! But they still tasted great :)

Emailed regarding my experience and did not get a response

Product arrived damaged with a slit inside. Asked customer service for help and they responded saying I likely damaged the bag when opening the package and then proceeded to ghost me after I followed up asking I wanted to be either refunded or sent a new bag. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

I used to love Poppin Candy but the prices have gone up a lot and shipping took a long time. Items are constantly out of stock or only available as out of date items, which isn't good.

Poppin Candy has alot of unique cool varieties and they taste soooo good!

I loved how professional communication was when there was a slight mishap.

SO many options, flavors, shapes, colors, sizes, textures…I love being able to try new snacks and candies and try things with friends and family! They often get jealous of the unique candy I find hehe

This company has a great selection of items. They care about their customers...even if we live across the world. They package with care and ship fast. The items always come fresh even from far away. The majority of their sweets hits it right out of the park with flavors!
