I had to contact you by email as no communication and no response to the email that I sent. I simply got a notification that it had been sent by express post which wasn't my original option so thank you. I also think that it's a bit of a cheek asking for a tip for your staff when you haven't provided any service during the checkout process. I would suggest removing that entitled & presumptive approach as it is not an inviting or respectful initial customer experience. 3 Stars is very Fair
