I heard they made the product in-house , family , friend operation and the quality of the material and the attention to straight stitching was spot on. Also I called and spoke to Jen who was instrumental in sending me material color swatches a few days after I placed online order so I could decide the best color for our interior. Would easily give VanMade 10 stars - their customer service is exceptional! Prior to ordering my shades I had several questions and I always received replies within a few hours of sending my emails. And their quality control is superb! They noticed a slight pucker in one of the shades and offered to either remake it or give me half off. I took the shade and after installing all of them I still can’t find which shade had the pucker! Too many companies would have just sent it out and hoped the customer wouldn’t notice. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that takes such care with their product and their customers!
