i dont know if it's because i bought my cases in close to a holiday, but the shipping information was too confusing, and they even returned my package to sender. the person i talked to was very understanding and nice so there's that but it caused so much stress from the confusion.
and also sending me 2 emails less than a day apart asking me to review the cases i bought. the first one was fine but sending me a second email without even giving me a chance to respond was kind of rude.
