My frustration with doing business with Route Werks is that the various bits and bobs needed to make a complete assembly don’t seem to be in stock at the same time and add significantly to the price of the bag. In the case of the Original Bag the Garmin/Barfly interface is was out of stock at the time I ordered the bag.

Can't communicate by voice. I don't like that. But I recognize that a lot of calls might be either pure b.s or not lead to sales, so paying an employee to answer the phone might not be the best usage of your money, not as productive as you had hoped for, so I understand that.
