I was advised to email the needed shipping date which I did. Despite following those instructions & providing my preferred shipping date, my order was shipped & delivered earlier than requested. Unfortunately, I wasn’t at the address at the time & did not receive try order. I’ve sent 2 emails w/no response. TERRIBLE!
