ABSOLUTE WORST SOFA, and customer service. The item received is defective, I don’t know how to take a photo of the defect so I’ll do my best to explain it. Where the back plate attaches to the base it has four screws, two of the screws on the left side have nothing to lock into. Basically, there’s no threads for the screws and I did not have issues on the other side. If you ordered a pair of shoes, each shoe sent in different deliveries, the first shoe was defective you would return the item bec

The back of the couch honestly has very little support. The cushions are incredibly thin. I had to spend more money buying more pillows just to be able to sit back and have my back and neck supported. It's too much of a hassle to return. Just not happy with the couch. The cushions you sit on are nice and the ottomans are nice but the couch back is just horrendous.
