Honestly I was skeptical and almost canceled my order thinking I had gotten scammed. I never received the confirmation due to email issues, not their fault. They did find my order and resent confirmation. Shipping it out took longer than what was said. Again I was skeptical, but it did ship out. Their customer service responds, but it must be overseas as it isn't in US daytime hours.
