Appalling start to finish. 3 weeks after telling me I can’t have a refund unless I send something back that I hadn’t had. 3 weeks after my first complaint I complained again as the package didn’t arrive for me to send back, all of a sudden there was 2 updates and within 2 days the package arrived. Said all along I didn’t want it and was told I absolutely was not allowed a refund as the package was on its way, 3 weeks later and 2 complaints in and I still have no refund. it arrived with the 7 head fixed to the motor broken from some impact on the box. The piece that pushes into the motor, (the black bit and the white plastic piece were broken) had been wedged in (had to use pliers to get it out). I was going to send it back, unfortunately as the piece in the motor end finally came out, it landed on my hot grill I'd taken out just prior. As such I had to use both black and white pieces off the 3 head to at least have the main 7 head working.
