They don’t mention anything about preorders on the site. I had to go through the trouble of canceling a dress from the order because after I hit submit it then popped us as a preorder with a different shipping date than the rest. And then customer service (all by email) wouldn’t let me return one my granddaughter didn’t like because it was discounted and therefore not return eligible. Won’t buy f try on here ever again!.
