I asked them to not ship it since it was only a few hours drive for me to pick it up and they were super friendly, kept me informed during the whole process and even showed me around the shop a bit when I picked up my order. I bought the complete kit with laptop holder and also raising kit. The thread of the raising kit’s screw was too wide and did not fit into the bolt. I had to redo the thread of this screw to fit it into the bolt. Moreover, in some places near the corners, the paint is missing and the wood underneath is visibile. Very poor quality for such an high price. I honestly thought that the quality of Canadian premium products was higher. Greetings from Italy.
