I got scammed if you don't return my money or give me the correct order I'll take this matter legal

Let delivery

The product received looked nothing like the pictures shown in the website. The quality is horrible and I could not reach them for any kind of customer service or exchange policy. This is a scam. The website is showing a good quality product and the product received is flimsy and almost falling apart and it looks nothing like the product shown.

I'm very much upset with this and so I'll have to complaint further.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE GOT SCAMMED

We recieved low quality wallet instead what we ordered

Fraud fraud fraud...liars return my money

Scammed

Really bad y'all are just scamming

Fake product received return my money

I am very disappointed with my shopping experience. I received a product that was completely different from the one I ordered. Customers expect to receive the exact product they choose and pay for, and such mistakes lead to unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, improves its order verification and quality control process, and ensures that customers receive the correct products in the future.

Very bad product wrong product received want my refund

I want to replace my order

I received wrong items. It was not worth it. Your customer support system is shit no one replied my request.

ORDER ID - #3331 I ordered two different spiderman purses (₹1499) and got two plain brown low quality purses not worth more than ₹100! Please respond and exchange/refund the item ASAP. Would appreciate quick service. Thank You, Ashman

Pathetic service

I paid the full amount of ₹1,499 upon delivery. However, instead of the product I ordered, I received two completely random wallets that are not what I purchased or paid for. I immediately tried to raise a request through your official website for the incorrect products to be picked up and for a full refund.

I haven't received the right product for my order number 2620. Attaching the images for your reference. These are just plain wallets and not spiderman badge wallets. I request to refund the 1500 amount as soon as possible else I will have to post about your fake products on social media and online review platforms that you are scamming people.
