I have yet to receive my items and I am not getting responses from the email. This is not a reflection of the product just the poor customer service I have received. The shipping label was created on the 2nd and I emailed them on the 9th. They said my item would be shipped that week and it was not. I emailed them again on the 13th and the 16th have yet to hear anything. If youโre having trouble fulfilling my order please let me know. Iโm very disappointed in.

I'm unhappy with how things turned out. This was my first shopping experience with Zillabeau. I purchased the last remaining Mayour Beads collection. Not cheap. My order sat in pending acceptance at the post office for 10 days. Zilla stated they would file a claim and reship. That's cool. But now Beads is out of stock. They can't give me a time as to when it'll be back but I have to wait. Here's the thing my package never left Zilla. Same tracking # used on the reship. Disappointed.
