Customer service was excellent. Received one incorrect item. When I reached out, they responded promptly and were very helpful. As for the products, I absolutely loved the brownie! Not fond of the mug treat. Biscuits were okay. I’m yet to try the chai latte drink. I will buy again the brownie product again at least. Regarding packaging, presentation is excellent and information easy to read and informative. Looking forward to trying other things down the track.
