This is the second Tier 1 holster I have bought. The first was an Axis which was warrantied. The second Axis had the same problem and I was able to upgrade to the elite to replace that one (no charge). I still have the axis elite and it is running strong. I have been really enjoying the APX and I do find it more comfortable than the Axis

I placed my order during the holiday season, and there was a substantial lead time. For the price, I was expecting something of better quality. The clip used to hold my pouch to the belt was flimsy plastic and did not stay attached to my belt, it would frequently come off.
