Everything was great with the exception of the shipping, it was quite a bit slower than expected and the package was rerouted several times, I'm sure not your fault but I tried to contact someone in regards to the order and it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone regarding the situation, customer service after sales is probably the most important thing as far as most small scale growers are concerned

Good evening. I bought a Hydro X controller from you and I have two problems. (1) The power connector is loose and does not connect firmly, so it turns on and off if the cable moves. (2) It says it is already registered. I hope it is not used. But on the official Trolmaster page it says that if the device does not allow to be added to an account it is because it has already been registered. Finally the biggest problem is that I needed to use it today and I will have to kill all my cultivation progress. I hope for a good solution.
