they need to send a VIP subscription renewal reminder closer to the renewal date. I only got 1 email at the time of purchase which was easy to miss since I just assumed I'm getting confirmation email on my order. By the time of renewal I had already forgotten that they have the subscription. It feels like a sneaky way to get rope you into paying for subscription even if they say it's written at check out multiple times. You still need to remind people.
