I didn’t like how I had to sign up to a monthly subscription to initially buy the necklace as some months I would not be able to afford a subscription

It took 2 months to get here customer service refused to give me a refund when I told them I moved out of the address that was used. I luckily was able to talk to the apartment managers and grab my package.

i love their designs but the delivery took soooooo long like 5-6 weeks!!!

The products came in a very good quality and are super cute. However, the delivery time was ridiculously long. I waited for my order for over a month. Crazy.

I only gave three stars because it took two months for the package to arrive. Their international courier is very disappointing, although the products are great. They should improve the courier services or atleast partner with a better courier instead.

It took over two months for the delivery to get here and the products are very, very bad for the price. My necklace broke on the first use.

Quite good, but not comfort with subscribe system

Not only the delivery was extremely delayed. Customer support was very evasive about my queries about deliveries and completely ignored my request to cancel the order prior to dispatch, and request for a refund.

Shipping notifications were confusing - I got a message within a day or 2 of my order to say my item had "shipped", but it hadn't. When I tried to track the shipment, there was a vague and confusing shipping status about the item being initiated or something. It took at least twice as long to ship as posted estimates on website, well over a month in total, and responses from customer service weren't helpful (I was again told by them that the item had shipped when it clearly had not). Not great.

I have to wait more than a month until my items delivered, and they didnt inform anything regarding the shipping process, why it took so long etc.

It took about 8-9 weeks for my delivery to arrive.

Worst experience ever. Do not use this company. My necklace took over a month to get to me. Plus they took £80 out of my bank account without telling me. I had to get my bank to refund me. I don't know how they get away with it.

Two pieces of jewelry broke after a month, was met with an “what would you like us to do?” Email and no opportunity for replacement despite liking the pieces. Also, the bangle I ordered on Dec 14th took two months to arrive despite customer service repeatedly telling me it’ll be 2-3days when in fact it had not been shipped yet. Jewelry is pretty thought and haven’t had issues with waterproof pieces.

Normally love Calitiger all my other orders have looked amazing and come within 2 weeks or so…… this order took forever to get here to Australia….. I noticed it was an issue overseas where they make items and fulfill orders etc

The products are beautiful and perfect just as advertised. But my issue was with the delivery time. I had to wait for over a month for the package to arrive and had to write three times to the website, which was not easy to do via chat since the waiting time was over 24 hours, before they sent me the tracking number of my package to see where was it. Excellent product, shopping experience not so great.
