Shipping notifications were confusing - I got a message within a day or 2 of my order to say my item had "shipped", but it hadn't. When I tried to track the shipment, there was a vague and confusing shipping status about the item being initiated or something. It took at least twice as long to ship as posted estimates on website, well over a month in total, and responses from customer service weren't helpful (I was again told by them that the item had shipped when it clearly had not). Not great.
