You need a better return system. I'm stuck with XXL shorts because YOUR sizing system recommended them but they were too big and fell off. Now I'm stuck with an unusable pair.

Shopping was fairly easy but when two different sizes are ordered for similar items perhaps there could have been a warning. I did inadvertently order the wrong size for one of the items. The return/exchange process was ok although I had to try multiple times before I was able to figure out how to exchange the incorrect item for the correct size. I'm sure it only went smoothly because I paid the extra protection fee upfront. Although the fee was reasonable it was definitely an unexpected add-on
