The fact that full priced items can be refunded is a big win for the consumer- it gives you a lot more confidence in buying knowing you have that option. Also, a tip to the new shoppers of SR- if you see something you like, BUY IT, because they go quick, and don't re-do a range (that I've seen) I've missed out on so many because I've hesitated on the price but the quality is there 100%
