Do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy from this company! If there is a problem with the product, they don't answer you. If you try to ring them, the number has been disconnected. I wanted a refund because they don't sell an ice pack large enough for my knee. My knee is 57cm. They are the worst company I have dealt with for customer service! Even companies in China eventually get back to you! My physio is also telling his clients not to purchase from your company!!!!!!
