This rule about no refunds / returns in the UAE is ridiculous. The sizing is inaccurate and now I’m left with an unusable item. Why is it allowed for other countries but not in the UAE? No mode of trying to support the client, but instead just tell them the rules that are stated. I wouldn’t say this is a good customer experience.
