I’ve dealt with many other online companies. Customer service at Fares is lacking. Also, the fact that this dress didn’t fit (and was inconsistent with other products from Fares that I bought in the same size) yet I wasn’t allowed to exchange for other items at a greater value, was quite upsetting. I understand it was a final sale, but I can’t wear it. So rigid. Won’t be shopping here again.
