The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall the customer service experience was not bad. I really like the consistency of the product and appreciate the effort that went into creating it. My biggest concern is the flaking and white residue it leaves behind after application. If the formula could be improved to eliminate the flaking and white residue, I would definitely consider purchasing it again and recommending and promoting it to my clients and followers.
