Overall I am pleased, the only complaint I really have is that neither of my two e-mails to customer service,regarding the shipping status were replied to. However, on my third attempt I reached out to their customer service phone number and the call was answered immediately. If you have patience and dont mind a bit of a wait, (after all it is a custom made order) you won't be disappointed!
