It took my order over a month on a 3-5 business day shipping method. The once it arrived on day 1 it lost a stone. Now i’m not even a full month in from arrival date and it’s already lost almost all silver color on the band and most of the rose gold color on the infinity. Plus when I reached out to customer support the first time they were very unsupportive and not as helpful as they should have been for my concerns.

I was expecting something really pretty, just like I saw on the pictures. But no! Also, it took forever to get here. I asked to cancel the order and they did not.
