After several weeks and multiple attempts company finally agreed to refund upon receipt of returned items. BUT SHIPPING FOR REFUND OF $161.81 WAS $300.00! INSANE REFUND POLICY! So I AM STUCK WITH a charge of $161.81 for useless items.
