First of all, this order took forever to arrive, and then one of my items was randomly canceled after all that waiting. The rhinestone dress itself was a complete disappointment and definitely not worth the price. The quality feels extremely cheap, and when I tried it on, the glue on the rhinestones literally was not even dry yet. There were glue strings everywhere, the dress was sticking to itself and to me, and it looked rushed and poorly made.

Do not buy from this website. Dresses are listed like they’re ready to ship, but only after you order do you find out they’re actually on presale—with zero transparency upfront. That’s misleading at best.
Customer service is a disaster. Emails go unanswered, follow-ups are ignored, and there’s no accountability once they have your money. If something goes wrong (and it probably will), you’re on your own.

This has been a terrible experience.
They took way too long to ship my order, and they never told me anything I had to reach out first. When I contacted them, I told them I no longer wanted the item because of the delay, and they said they would process a refund within 5–8 business days. It has now been more than 20 days and I still haven’t received anything. I wrote to them again and they completely stopped responding. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
