I have very mixed feelings about this vinyl experience. The service was very good - customer service was very responsive and it was easy to get ahold of someone. The photo quality on the vinyl was also fantastic and I love that I was able to put a photo on the front and back of the cover and also the front and back of the record. However the biggest let down was the actual record quality which was absolutely abysmal. And since that was the biggest part of the actual experience and reason for my
