The "pre-purchase agreement" reads more like self-congratulatory message about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the refund policy excludes custom products...which is an interesting approach for a company whose primary business is selling custom products.
If they're going to make customers acknowledge something, I suggest: "I acknowledge that I'll screenshot everything because one day I may need to prove what happened using records the company can't even produce themselves."

Great experience, the web user interface was a little difficult because of the song is not listed and a manual input is required to enter, it sometimes looses the previous songs information. Took longer than needed for manual input of songs.
