The overall experience using the website was great. It was easy to upload the cover art and select the songs and the turnaround time was quick.

I received my order 46 days after placing my order. I asked for a refund and cancellation but only got blamed because my song choices went over the amount of time required. What could’ve been a beautiful gift turned into a terrible experience with your company. Never ordering again.

The picture was blown up for the cover - it came out blurry/pixelated. As for the sound of the vinyl, it is awful. There is a constant static when played. Each song, the voice is higher than the original. Such terrible sound quality. Spent a lot of money and time on this for a gift for a friend, and it turned out terrible. This was the biggest waste of money. I want to send it back for a refund. Awful.

When I sent an email asking about the status, I got back a decent explanation of how much longer it might take to arrive.

Customer service was great. I messed up typing in my order and they responded right away making sure my worries were resolved.

Priority Processing is a joke. The entire process was really. No way to check the status. Vague messages if they were even responded to. Different day estimate for order production on the website before ordering compared to what shows after ordering. In ability to change shipping speed after it was clear you weren't going to bother producing the order in the number of days originally shown on the website before ordering. Then, once the order did finally arrive, the cover sleeve had a tear at the

"Priority processing" is a scam the company uses to increase pricing - they took a month to ship my order and kept changing the referenced "policies" in the email responses I received (after multiple requests for my order status). When the order finally arrived, it was scratched and damaged. Do not order from here!

I received the vinyl roughly 1 month after ordering and was very satisfied with the packaging and that it came with protective sleeves for both the record and the cover. Again, the only issue was medium sound quality. Noticeably quieter and lacking low and mid-range frequencies. If you are an audiophile, you may want to pay for higher quality or seek another company.

Ordering was fine and currently working with customer service but very disappointed in the price of the record and for it to arrive with 3/10 songs stopping.

Great experience

There is a pressing issue: the record skips and Side B is completely unlistenable. Customer support was poorly handled and entirely managed by an AI assistant, with no proper follow-up or concrete solution. Finally, the cover feels cheap and is far below the quality that was advertised. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I dont recommend anyone to pay for priority shipping or packaging

I had no issues with the Vinyl it was good and everything I hoped. However I ordered it at the end of November and was given the timeline of 10-12 days. I then also paid for priority processing speeding it up a couple days from there. After 24 days had gone by I emailed and didn’t receive much of an answer. I didn’t receive the record until after Christmas ruining one of the gifts I was giving.

I loved the custom album.

Maybe test the sound qualtiy before sending it out
