We decided to go with this company to support a smaller business, but unfortunately I’ll be cancelling my subscription. They weren’t able to provide a tax invoice with the purchase, and after sending multiple emails (two or three follow-ups), I still haven’t received a response or any help. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get something so simple. Disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this.

The toilet paper went so far we were no where near finished our last box. I was told the next box was coming so I emailed to delay it but the email came too late for them to stop it. I will really have to delay my next order by some months. It is a good service to have a 4 month delivery until it becomes an overs supply but this can be easily corrected
