The toilet sheets arrived completely crushed. It was done on purpose to save them on postage. They had squeezed them in the package. Almost intentional. Arrived squashed with the strongest smell as all of the sheets were crushed and exposed. I sneezed for an hour. I emailed them and heard nothing. They are completely unprofessional. If you don't want to send me a new one, fine. At least an apology. Just like every other made in China company. They do not care at all. Only about making money.
