I love their products and it’s so much easier shopping online since I don’t drive. I love their products fact that there is no excessive packaging and that these are all eco-friendly products.

They tick the subscribe box for you when shopping online making sure you're a returning customer whether you like it or not. They don't even bother returning emails to rectify the issue either. Use caution.

Easy shopping and arrived in no time. Very happy.

The product stained my dishes and I was disappointed about the subscription that was automatically set up - the opt-out process was not transparent.

I was not interested in subscription I emailed to advise heard nothing back!

Ordering was ok but I can’t discontinue my subscription. I don’t need a packet every month . I live on my own and only use the dishwasher twice a week .

Order arrived quickly

I did not realise that we had signed up to a subscription and so we were billed for an additional 2 packages that we will not use. I have cancelled this now I do hope!!

I received the dishwashing sheets. I used one in my machine, and it didn't clean anything. I used two sheets and folded them and placed them in the pod dispenser in the machine. After the 2 hour cycle, I opened the door and nothing was cleaned but the sheets were still in the dispenser not dissolved. I tried a third time and unfolded the two sheets and placed them in the dishwasher. 2 hours later, the cycle finished and the dishes and glasses were still dirty. Nothing worked.

I was subscribed for regular deliveries without knowing it. Trying to contact anyone when the 2nd unwanted eco sheets arrived was impossible. Finally, after multiple attempts on different platforms someone got back to cancel my subscription. Then I asked if I could return unused and unopened sheets and NO REPLY again.

So easy, plenty of communication and timely emails to postpone an order if I have enough, which is really appreciated.

Left dishes dirty even using 2 full sheets, I was keen to try these natural alternatives but they just don't work anywhere near as good as the popular brand cleaning tablets.
