I have been a regular subscriber to The Little Big Bamboo’s dishwasher detergent and have always appreciated the convenience of free shipping with every subscription order. However, my most recent order unexpectedly included a shipping fee. I emailed customer service to clarify the charge, but I have not received any response so far. I hope The Little Big Bamboo can address unexpected charges more transparently and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
