The toilet paper went so far we were no where near finished our last box. I was told the next box was coming so I emailed to delay it but the email came too late for them to stop it. I will really have to delay my next order by some months. It is a good service to have a 4 month delivery until it becomes an overs supply but this can be easily corrected

Extremely frustrating experience. There is no possible way to contact a real person — no phone number, no live chat, and only automated replies to emails. I tried to cancel but received no confirmation, and now I’m stuck worrying about being charged again and again with no way to stop it. A complete lack of support or accountability. This should not be acceptable in 2025.
