My experience was good. I was able to contact support effectively and support contacted me back within a timely manner. I do wish I was able to return my first purchase that was damaged by a hand, whether it was a test wrap or not. The hand was noticeably on the back side of the wrap and when laying it you could see a hand print that I can assure isn’t mine. Other than that I appreciate the team.
