The Monopoly one had three missing pieces (in a row) for which I did eventually receive a refund, but only after a second email to them threatening a poor review if they didn’t get back to me after already emailing them once with the issue. The Zodiac puzzle was ok, but poorly made with pieces not staying together well at all. Both delivered by Amazon (?) and more expensive than from other sources, I’ve since discovered. Disappointing and wouldn’t buy from again.
