They responded easily to my questions, but I found out after it arrived that there is a hard line about returning it if not satisfied. The message I got was that I could return it, but the postage would cost nearly half the price of the brace. Soā€¦why bother?

Our experience with you has been very good we received the original shipment but once again, the larger ones that I bought two of for my boyfriend are too big and we're waiting for the smaller size that you were going to ship us just charging us the delivery fee which we paid I believe $80. Have not received them yet. We're assuming because of the holidays it's delayed but I can't give you any reviews on it until we received them and he wears them.
