My movie loving teen was so happy to order this case for his first iPhone. After almost two months we never got the case. Was emailing a customer service rep (Olivia) who promised to get it shipped to us but in the end she couldn't figure it out either and the same issue happened again(tracking showed that the info was received but never progressed from that ... twice!). What made it worse was that we got this review email asking how much we liked it and was still dealing with the frustration
