I was particularly impressed to get an almost immediate reply from a real person to enquiries via the website whether the watch number I had was indeed the one pictured on the website and then whether delivery could be delayed as I was going to be away. It was dispatched promptly and Royal Mail acknowledged they had received it,and then it took them a few days to deliver.What a relief they use Royal Mail who give accurate tracking.
